Why we need your help…

• We are a Non-Profit Organization
• We do not recieve funding from government organizations, the United Way, or other welfare organizations
• It is a common misconception that we recieve money from the Humane Society of the United States or the ASPCA.  Money donated to these groups helps thier causes, not ours
• Our ONLY funding is generated by public contributions, donations, and member support

How does your donation help CMHS?

• Provides food, water, shelter, and comfort to our animals
• Provides veterinary supplies to help our animals
• Allows us to preform low-cost spay/neuter surgeries to Mid-Missouri residents
• Allows us to buy necessary supplies to keep our shelter running

Have an old, broken cell phone and don’t know what to do with it?  Donate it!  The Central Missouri Humane Society recycles old cell phones (and other small electronics) and recieves money in return.  So get rid of your old electronics AND help CMHS!
